.           m Elizabeth Ann ____.  She has been claimed to be a Talbott/Tolbert, but the evidence shows this to be highly unlikely, see Ref 2

.           1745, 10 Oct: Louisa Co, Va Deed Bk A, p 204-05: Timothy Dalton Jr of Brunswick Co, Va sold 200 acres, that was a part of a
.                     patent received by Timothy Dalton Jr on 1 Feb 1738.  (this was the part of  Louisa Co that is now Albermarle Co)
.           1768 Bedford Co, Va COB 3-480: Timothy Dalton testified that he was 53 years old.
.           1775, Apr: Bedford Co: Timothy Dalton's will probated, listing widow Elizabeth and son James, but other children not named.
.           1783, 24 Feb: Bedford Co: Account of estate of Timothy Dalton.  Mentions John Dalton, James Talbot, James Talbot.  John Talbot
.                     was one of the executors.
