.                                      Creek, West Virginia.  Chris was known as a very hard working man. He was a lifelong member of Rebecca Chapel
.                                      Church where he served as Sunday School Superintendent and in his later years attended The Family Worship Cen-
.                                      ter. For the past 1 ½ years he faithfully attended to the needs of his loving wife of 67 years.  Chris started in the
.                                      timber industry at age 14 then later worked in the coal mines for 44 years starting out in the Union and finishing up
.                                      as a General Mine Foreman. His calling and passion was playing and singing music. He enjoyed gardening, mowing
.                                      grass and spending time with his family.
   In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Violet
.                                      Cook, Velvet Miller and Rosa Webb; brothers, Carl Linville and Scott Linville.
